I finished reading "Why We Get Fat" by Gary Taubes and have decided to try to move towards the eating advice given. I'm going to start slowly because most of what I need to cut tastes so good! I hope to start getting my weight down a bit and this might help me do it.
I followed it up by Michael Pallen's book "In Defense of Food" and that is helping me in ways to eat better as well.
